About Andrea

Andrea is certified as a Practitioner of Energetic Arts, this includes Reiki Master Practitioner and Advanced Electromagnetic Field Balancing . She studied under Mary Preuss at the Magnificent Living Institute in Madison, WI. Andrea is also a Shamanic Practitioner and has studied under her mentor Dr. Steven Farmer, of CA. In addition she has spent many years studying animal communication and healing with Asia Voight.

Her other professional background includes being a Police Officer for Mt Horeb Police department, where she did patrol and served as their assistant Juvenile Officer. Andrea has also worked for over 18 years alongside her father in the family’s lumber company, where she has overseen operations, kitchen design, marketing and advertising.

Andrea also volunteers her time to serving on the Henry Vilas Zoo Commission, where she enjoys being part of all the projects that enrich the animal’s lives, and provide wonderful learning opportunities for the visitors. She feels it is a great honor to work with the animals and give any assistance with energy healing or communication. Andrea also works at Meriter Hospital in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as a “Cuddler.” Here she holds infants who need comfort and much needed attention when their parents are not able to be there. Andrea has always held special place in her heart for these areas and feels it is a great privilege to be of service to them.
